Following the failure of the Awards to find funding or organisational support in June 2008, it was advised that the gallery would remain for as long as possible.
Funding for this site expired in December 2007 and I have been funding this website since this time.
Unfortunately I cannot do this indefinately and it is with regret that as there is no interest in continuing the Picture Awards by Picture Editors, or any funding to keep the site going, the gallery of over 15,000 images has had to be removed.
