The Awards were presented by Alastair
Campbell, the Prime Minister's chief press spokesman and Director
of Communications & Strategy at 10 Downing Street.
Alistair is pictured with 2003's Fujifilm Photographer of
the Year Jeff Mitchell. Jeff also received the Sports Photographer
of the Year Award.
