In 2004 a government report stated that the levels of binge drinking in Ireland are worse than any other European country. Each year the bill for alcohol related crimes, healthcare costs, and the resulting wide range of social problems amount to over 2.5 billion Euro.

Kids behind bars - Inside Filipino Jails
There are an estimated 68,000 children in Philippine adult prisons throughout one year, some as young as 9. Posing as an aid worker, Hazel gained exclusive access into four prisons in Metro Manila, photographing imprisoned children.
